Shipping and Return

We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each Shush piece. As a company policy, we do not provide refund on any product sold. If for some reason you are unsure of the size, you can write to us at or DM us on Instagram @wearshush before placing the order. Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days and guide you with the same.


We accept a cancellation only within 48 hour of placing the order.




We strictly do not accept return/exchange of Shirts, Trousers & Blazers.

1. Incase you receive the wrong size, or stain/damage on product, we will provide a replacement at the earliest. Kindly provide us with image proof on the same day of receiving the package.

2. Incase the product is not true to it's description/ size chart, reach out to us via Instagram @wearshush or via email

3. Incase we have issued a credit note, it will be valid for 30 days.

Please note: We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.

Kindly note there will be a slight colour difference due to Photographic Lighting Sources or your Monitor Settings.


Before initiating exchange , kindly ensure products meet the above mentioned eligibility criteria. You must inform us within 2 days of delivery of the product. Kindly email to with order number and attached images of the damage/piece purchased. Once the exchange is approved and we receive the piece, a credit note will be issued with a validity of 30 Days.

- The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by the customer. When we deliver back the garment, Shush will bear the shipping cost.

- Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product.

- Shush reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

- As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. In order to maintain fairness to our craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.

- Credit notes are valid for 30 days.


  1. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
  2. Incase you choose a wrong size, we will not be able to return/exchange the piece as all our pieces are "made to order". Kindly reach out to us before placing the order to incase you have size queries.
  3.  All custom made orders are non-returnable.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy To ensure that the delivery timings are adhered to as per your requirements, please make sure that you enter your address and contact details correctly. We do not take responsibility for incorrectly delivered shipments in case the address or contact details are entered incorrectly at the time of booking.



We try our best to ship our Shush pieces to you within 2-3 weeks (All orders take at least 2-3 weeks to process as they are made to order). You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 



Shipping charges for your order are not included in the cost of the garments. Our Shipping partner is Shiprocket. 



 If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with pictures to file a claim. In case a complaint has not been received by us regarding damages during shipping, the damage would be considered as a damage caused by the customer and would have to be compensated by the customer. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.



You can DM us on Instagram @wearshush in case you require international shipping. WearShush is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



  • Payments including the cost of garment ordered along with the shipping which has to be made prior to the delivery of the garment.
  • No cash transaction between the company and customer will be entertained.
  • We accept payments through debit/credit cards, instant payments using UPI id, Net Banking through all Indian banks, and wallets.


These are terms and conditions of the contract which the customer will agree upon once the order is placed with WearShush. All relevant written conversations would also be considered as terms and conditions of the contract, any other terms and conditions do not apply. 

We ensure the hygienic conditions are met, the garment will be made to order for the customer and packed exclusively for the customer.

Our visual content on the website showcases our inspiration behind every creation. Please note these images have been sourced via the internet and are not being used for commercial purpose. They are merely to express the story and mood behind every piece.

Each of our products are the intellectual property of SHUSH. These pieces can not be used without our consent and are protected by India and International copyright laws.


By visiting, you agree that the laws of India, under the Tamil Nadu jurisdiction, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Shush or its affiliates.


We use premium fabrics for all our garments which are a mixture of pure cotton and. cotton blend fabrics. We aim to incorporate sustainable practices for our company in all possible areas, hence all fabrics are sourced responsibly and are also completely recyclable. All photographs are for representation purpose and are shot to try and look as close as possible to the original product ordered but may have marginal colour variations from the actual product.

We use an "all over print" design for most our products and the positioning of artwork may be different from that as displayed in the picture.


Each of our pieces is hand-crafted and made with a lot of love and care. We use hand-loom/organic fabrics. All detailing’s in certain garments are hand-done, and we use one-of-a-kind buttons/trims/patches/embroideries.

We request you to look after each piece with utmost care. All are pieces are colour tested, but we mention specific care instructions for each piece on our website. Please do read these carefully. Also read the tags on the inside of the garments carefully. Some pieces are to be dry-cleaned only. The right care is necessary to maintain longevity of handcrafted pieces.

Since we work largely with handloom cotton, there is bound to be slight colour bleeding for the first few washes for certain colours only. So please follow the wash care instructions mentioned. With each wash the fabric only gets softer.
